The Real Champions
In racing, as in any sport, the real champions are the ones who sweep the big prizes. A special analysis was done of the top guns of the Mumbai Season, judging performance LIMITED to the Graded and Million races only.
We awarded points as under:
Grade 1 Win 30 pts; 2nd 15; 3rd 9
Grade 2 20 8 4
Grade 3 10 4 2
Non Graded Millions (stake money below 20 lacs) were given 5 pts for a win; 2 pts for 2nd and 1pt for 3rd; and for Non Graded Multi Millions (stakes above 20 lacs) same as Grade 3.
