Race No. 1 :- The Jayant M. Shah Plate – Class IV – Distance :- 2400M
GDANSK :- 4 year old gelding from the yard of S.A. Waheed who has recently developed into a solid stayer and won his last start over this trip in decisive fashion. Overall a winner of 2 races from 12 starts, Gdansk has showed gradual improvement with a step up in distance, winning his maiden race over 2000M towards the end of the Pune season when he gave 8 ½ kilos and beat Happy Birthday by a short head. After a couple of runs over 2000M this season he showed further improvement when upped to this trip, finishing 2nd to Smasher in a race which has been working out well and then winning impressively last time out. His recent penalty makes his out handicapped against Happy Birthday but he appears to be in prime form at present and with P.S Chouhan in the saddle, he stands a strong chance to repeat in spite of top weight.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY :- Aged 6 year old who did nothing of note for a major part of his career but showed notable improvement when moving to the stables of Shazaan Shah and has performed creditably for the young trainer. His resurrection began in the race with Gdansk where he took a long lead in the straight and was being hailed as the winner before being pipped virtually in the last stride. He then proceeded to win back to back races in Mumbai, over 1800M and a mile respectively and ran an excellent close 2nd to Lady Be Good over 1800M in his hattrick attempt. However, when upped to this trip for the first time on Derby Day he ran poorly finishing 8th although only 3 lengths behind the winner. He ran a faraway 3rd over 2000M on his last run and now steps up for another crack at this trip. Dashrath Singh has been booked to ride, he is 6 lengths better off with Gdansk from the last run and if he stays this gruelling trip well then he has an excellent opportunity to return to the winner’s circle.
VENTURA :- Well bred but poorly performed 8 year old gelding from the small yard of C. Rajendra, he has run 18 times till date and managed to win just once, that win coming way back in March 2015 over 2000M of a mark slightly below his current one. He seemed to suffer a setback after that season and has had long gaps in his races since then, this season too reappearing after skipping the whole of Pune. He has run respectably all 4 starts this term, finishing 4th on 2 occasions and 5th twice all over varying trips. His previous 2 runs over 2400M he has finished 3rd and 7th so it is yet to be seen if he stays conclusively but he could be given an each way chance in this small field and is capable of being involved with G. Amit claiming a valuable 3 ½ kilos.
GOLD BOND :- Maiden 4 year old gelding trained by Imtiaz Sait he is the most lightly raced of this bunch and hence has the maximum scope to improve having run just 6 times previously. He has been campaigned between 1400 and 2000M so far with a couple of third place finishes but showed significant improvement on his seasonal reappearance three weeks ago when finishing on in spite of running erratically to be runner up to Dixieland, with Ventura a close 4th that day. He could have lacked a touch of fitness that day so is expected to strip fitter today but is taking a major step up in trip to 2400M. Neeraj Rawal who rode him last time out retains the ride and being a youngster with maximum scope to improve, if he stays this longer trip well then he looks to have a great chance to shed his maiden tag today.
CONCLUSION :- This race hinges around whether Gold Bond will stay this longer trip. He ran very promisingly last time out and if he has the stamina for this more galloping trip then he looks the most likely winner. If he fails to stay then Happy Birthday looks to have a good chance to add a 3rd success this season while the confirmed stayer top weighted Gdansk is also respected.
Race No. 2 :- The Quasar Trophy – Class I – Distance :- 2000M
DAFFODIL :- Reasonably performed 4 year old filly from the Pesi Shroff yard, she has a fine overall record of 4 wins and 2 seconds from her 11 starts till date and is coming into this off a win over course and distance back in February where she battled on to hold off Eternal Sunshine by a neck at level weights. That however, was her third hard race in the span of 3 weeks as she had earlier been used as a pace setter in both the Oaks and the Derby. She has been given a well deserved rest since then so is likely to return fresh and although she is 2 ¾ lengths worse off with Eternal Sunshine on the handicap, she is capable of finding the required improvement to defy the handicap and must be respected with A. Sandesh taking over in the saddle from David Probert.
UNCLE SCROOGE :- Enigmatic 6 year old gelding trained by M.K. Jadhav, he is an experienced competitor of 26 starts having won 4 times and placed on 9 occasions which is a decent record overall. He is quite versatile with regards to trip and has actually beaten Daffodil over a mile earlier this season. That was his only win in a busy current campaign but he has been consistently placing in small fields since then, last time out runner up to Selfie Star over 2400M. He drops slightly in trip to 2000M and N.S. Parmar takes over in the saddle for A. Sandesh which is a negative. However, he is a moody customer who pops up when least expected and should not be ignored in this small field.
ETERNAL SUNSHINE :- 5 year old mare from the yard of Rehanullah Khan, she has run 15 times till date and although having won just twice, she has finished 2nd on as many as 5 occasions including on her penultimate start when failing to reel in Daffodil by a neck. She was highly campaigned last time out when contesting the C.N.Wadia Gold Cup but comes back to a more realistic level today and C.S. Jodha has been booked to ride. She is better off on the scale with Daffodil today but does not seem to be improving much and will likely have to settle for a minor berth again today.
FRIVOLOUS :- Very sparingly raced 5 year old trained by Malesh Narredu who has a good overall record of 3 wins from 8 starts and has plenty of ability but does not appear to be totally straightforward. He has had 2 disappointing efforts this term, first finishing a poor 3rd to Big Sur and In My Dream over this trip and then finishing last of four to Vulcan over 2400M, when well fancied on both occasions. He has been given a break since that run in January so returns from a break and has been working very well of late suggesting that he has improved. He usually goes well fresh so is expected to run better today and is quite capable of bouncing back with a win although it is hard to rely on him.
CONCLUSION :- Frivolous looks to have been freshened up by the short break and if running upto his best, looks likely to take this. The top weighted Daffodil also should have benefitted from a break after some hard racing and could be a more reliable option.
Race No. 3 :- The Karl Umrigar Trophy – Maiden 3 Year Olds – Distance :- 1400M
GRAND CHIEFTAIN :- Son of Finjaan from the powerful stable of Karthik G. who was given an educative run over 1200M about a month ago, ending up a distant 4th to Steppenwolf but is likely to have learnt plenty from that experience and should have stripped fitter today. He is expected to improve from first run to second and is likely to appreciate the extra furlong. The declaration of stable jockey Bhawani Singh may suggest that he may need some more time to come into his own but he cannot be ignored in this small field and should be involved in the finish.
NOBLEMAN :- Looks an exciting sort on paper being a half brother to Germanicus and Phenomenale trained by Pesi Shroff and clearly catches the eye on pedigree. He may be a touch short on fitness judging from the limited amount of track work which he has undergone but the horses that have raced do not seem to have a very high level of form and he could be classy enough to win first time out. As with most 3 year olds, a paddock check is advisable but he definitely appears to be a promising sort and looks set to run a big race on debut with A. Sandesh in the saddle.
BOURBON PRINCESS :- One of two runners from the S.K. Sunderji yard, she has run twice so far over 7 furlongs on debut and over a mile next time out and has finished 4th on both occasions. She ended up 4th of 5 to Hope and Glory on her debut over 1400M and was fancied over a mile next time out but was no match for Van Dyke again ending up a faraway 4th. She drops back to 1400M and has been working quite well since the run. The booking of C.S. Jodha suggests that she is the more fancied of the yards 2 runners and she looks to have a good chance to score if showing further progress. Her half sister Nanhipari won the Golconda Oaks this year so she could develop into a stayer eventually.
FANFARE :- The 2nd runner from the Sunderji yard and she will be partnered by out station rider Deep Shankar. She too has had 2 runs so far, finishing 4th to Octavius on debut over 6 furlongs and then again competing over 6 furlongs and finishing 5th to Mount Olympus. Both her runs were early season runs so she returns from a short break and steps up a furlong in trip. Her recent workouts have been quite good suggesting that she has improved and she is another who looks to have a fair each way chance.
KANCHENJUNGA :- Beautifully bred filly by Multidimensional out of multi Classic winning mare Xisca, she is a full sister to Mariska and a half sister to Capriska and made her debut in a tough race in the Breeders’ Produce Stakes over 1400M, ending up a fair 5th of 8 to Pioneer and running a forward race in the process. She is sure to improve considerably from that run and has not been hard pressed in her prep work and ended only ½ a length behind Hope and Glory that day although in receipt of weight. S. Zervan takes over in the saddle from Neeraj Rawal and she appears to set the form standard and with the benefit of experience, looks to be the one to beat.
CONCLUSION :- Kanchenjunga made a good impression on her debut and appears to be the one to beat here with the benefit of experience. The main danger appears to be her stable companion Nobleman while Bourbon Princess can also improve and is respected
Race No. 4 :- The K. M. Munshi Trophy – Class II and III – Distance :- 1000M
CLYMENE :- 4 year old filly from the Faisal Abbas yard who is very much on the upgrade and is yet to be beaten over this 1000M trip in her 4 runs so far, her only defeat coming when she was tried over 1400M in the F.D. Wadia on just her 2nd start. Making an impressive debut over this trip back in Pune and winning by a wide margin, she was tried over 1400M but found the trip to be beyond her and was rested and given time to improve. Reappearing again in the Mumbai season in January she showed a clean pair of heels to Class IV opposition to win easily and followed that up with an equally impressive performance last time out when winning comfortably in Class III clocking a blistering time of 0.57.88 seconds. She has a further 8 ½ kilo penalty to tackle for the win but appears to have maintained her condition well and may yet be ahead of the handicapper. A. Sandesh takes over in the saddle from P. Trevor and she very much looks like one who should be followed until she is beaten and should go in again.
DOUBLE NINE :- 5 year old colt who comes from the stable of Nosher Cama and has a good overall record of 3 wins and 8 places from his 18 starts. He has been in excellent form this season over sprint trips and comes into this race with his confidence high having beaten God’s Own and Wild Fire convincingly last time out. 5 kilo penalty for the win makes him 2 ¼ lengths worse off with God’s Own today but he appears to be in top form at the moment and with P.S. Chouhan in the saddle, looks likely to make a brave bid to repeat.
SHAMWARI :- Very speedy 4 year old trained by Vishal Gaikwad, she seems to have problems which result in her racing very sparingly but she has won 3 of her 6 starts till date for a 50% win strike rate and is most effective over this minimum trip. She won 3 races in a row over this trip, twice a winner in Pune and then early on this season where she comfortably beat Wise Child and Double Nine. She was tried over 1200M back in January but ran poorly finishing well down the field and has been rested and given time to recover from that poor run. Drop back to the minimum trip makes logical sense, H. Zeeshan claims a valuable 3 ½ kilos in the saddle and if resuming in her earlier form, then she looks to have a chance to upset on the handicap.
WILD FIRE :- Very speedy 4 year old from the Narendra Lagad yard who smashed the 5 furlong track record in Pune and was in blistering form at that time but appears to be coming back from a setback and has been disappointing in her 2 runs this term. She needed the lung opener earlier in the season and led for a long way last time out before going down to Double Nine in the closing stages. She is likely to be fitter after 2 runs under her belt, Dashrath Singh keeps the ride and she has bagged the rail draw so she is likely to blaze a trail from the front and could prove to be a danger if allowed a long lead.
GOD’S OWN :- Second runner for the Lagad stable and this 4 year old daughter of Diffident is very speedy in her own right and in fact rattled off a hattrick of 5 furlong wins in Pune but has not been at the same level of form this season. After 3 midfield finishes in a row, she hinted that she was coming back to form last time out when finishing on strongly to pip stable mate Wild Fire for 2nd and is weighted to gain revenge on Double Nine who was successful that day. J. Chinoy who rode her last time out keeps the ride and she has to be feared if building on that last effort
CONCLUSION :- It is hard to look beyond the progressive Clymene who has won her last 2 starts with impunity and appears to be a Group Class sprinter in the making. She has won both her races with a bit to spare and in spite of the stiff penalty looks hard to beat. Shamwari has a theoretical chance to beat her on a handicap line through Double Nine while the speedy Lagad pair of God’s Own and Wild Fire are also feared.
Race No. 5 :- The R.M. and Rukhmani Goculdas Million – Terms 4 Years Old & Over – Distance :- 1400M
DANCING PRANCES :- Heroic 8 year old trained by Altaf Hussain he appears to be evergreen and has dominated the 6 and 7 furlong arena for countless years but this season age finally appears to be catching up with him. He has an enviable record of 15 wins and 12 places to his name from 27 starts and has won all the major sprint races except the Sprinters Cup which is one title which has eluded him. He has looked vulnerable in his 2 runs this term, and he finished on to be 4th in the S.C. Jain Sprinters Championship last time out well held by the younger horses Ruffina and Lincoln. He has been rested and prepared since then and now looks better suited by this 7 furlong trip. Neeraj Rawal takes the ride today replacing T.S. Jodha and it would be a glorious swan song if he were able to win this before what looks an imminent retirement. Cannot be ignored.
NEW ENGLAND :- Smart and highly progressive 5 year old gelding trained by Imtiaz Sait who has made gigantic strides over the last year and has been handling himself well in Group company on his last few starts. In Class IV around this time last year, he rattled up an amazing sequence of 4 wins on the trot between Mumbai and Pune and could very well have made it 5 but for losing a distance at the start in his bid for the 5 timer and still ending up only beaten a length by Mygrator. He had his first race in Group company in the A.C. Ardeshir and ran commendably to finish 4th to Temerity before easily winning a handicap next time out. He finished a close 3rd to Your Royal Majesty in the R.N. Kanga Gold Cup on Derby Day and then travelled to Kolkotta to finish a good 3rd in the Super Mile to Whomakestherules and Castlebridge. He appears to have the best current form in this small field and with A. Sandesh in the saddle, appears to be the one to beat.
ST. ANDREWS :- Very highly regarded 5 year old colt trained by Bezan Chenoy he was 3rd in the Indian 2000 Guineas to Serjeant At Arms as also 2nd in the Ruia but has dropped down to shorter distances since then and has yet to prove himself in Group company over 6 and 7 furlongs. Overall a winner of 4 of his 14 starts he has been struggling since winning a 6 furlong Class I handicap back in August and has been 4th or 5th in most of his runs this season before a below par effort last time out when only 8th in the S.C. Jain. He was only ¾ length behind New England in the R.N. Kanga and is in receipt of 2 kilos today so on paper there is not much to choose between the pair and if he has shaken off that last poor effort, then he looks to be the main danger.
YANNA RASCALA :- This 5 year old got abroad looks a typical Pesi Shroff improver and has been steadily progressing up the handicap ranks with a string of smart performances. Winner of 4 of his 7 races for a good overall strike rate, he was no match for Gazino when a hot favourite on his reappearance over 6 furlongs but made amends for that next time out over this trip when convincingly beating Star Councillor and Bateleur. He was invited to Kolkotta to compete in the Suresh Mahindra Multi Million and ended up a respectable 4th to Tutankhamun. He appears to be unsuited by the Terms of this race with S. Zervan in the saddle and although he could be involved, he looks likely to fight it out for minor honours.
CONCLUSION :- New England is the confident selection to win this from St. Andrews who looks to be the most obvious danger
Race No. 6 :- The Shaman Motors Trophy – Class III – Distance :- 1200M
CHARGING TIGRESS :- Aged 6 year old mare trained by Adhirajsingh Jodha, she is a winner of 3 of her 27 starts so far but has managed to place on 11 occasions and is usually consistent over trips ranging from 1000-1400M. She has been running most of her recent races in the higher class but immediately showed a return to form when eased into this grade last time out and finishing on nicely to be a close 3rd to Priceless Girl and Adeline over 1000M. The extra furlong is likely to be to her advantage and D.S. Daman takes over in the saddle from a feeble 5 kilo claimer. She must be respected in this lower grade and looks a danger to all in spite of conceding weight all around.
BESHIKTASH :- Lightly raced and potentially better than he has shown 4 year old from the yard of S.K. Sunderji he has not done badly in his limited career so far, winning 2 of his 6 races although his last run over this trip on Derby Day was disappointing when he finished only 7th behind In The Stars in a strong field but he showed good resilience on his previous run over 1400M where he pipped Renato in a fighting finish. He still appears to have scope to improve at this early stage and has moved well in his most recent couple of workouts. R. Ajinkya is an interesting booking replacing A. Imran Khan in the saddle but he could have been freshened up by the short break and looks a strong fancy to bounce back quickly.
DOMINATION :- Inconsistent 5 year old gelding from the Malesh Narredu stable, he is better than his record of 2 wins from 20 starts shows but does not appear to be completely straightforward and needs things to go exactly his way in his races. He likes to be delivered late from off a strong pace and after being given a few runs over sprints to get him fit he has been tried over 7 furlongs the last twice without success. Out station rider Kiran Naidu gets up a leg up today in place of Yash Narredu and this gelding, who works like a Class I animal, appears to be a dark horse who can upset if things fall into place for him.
STALLONE :- Improving 4 year old trained by Faisal Abbas, he really seems to have come into his own in the last 6 months, and is a winner of 2 of his 7 starts. After running promisingly but failing to deliver in his first few runs, he made huge progress during the Pune season winning his maiden convincingly back in August and then returning from a short break to score a smooth success on this track in November, both wins coming over 5 furlongs. He was off the track again until late February where he looked rusty when finishing on to be a late 4th to Juggernaut over this trip and is worth trying over the extra furlong as he finishes on late. That run should have put him spot on for this, C.S. Jodha takes the ride and if building on that last effort, he has an excellent chance to continue his progression.
SLAM DUNK :- Front running 5 year old gelding trained by H.J. Antia, he has won 2 of his 20 starts with 7 placed efforts but has been catching the eye in the paddock in his last couple of runs and showed he was well within himself last time out when running a forward race to finish 3rd to Chaplin and Star Comrade over this trip. He looks to be well within himself at present, Kishore Kadam takes over in the saddle for Hanumant Singh and he could prove to be value at a long price and looks to have a good each way chance here.
ALYATIES :- Improving 5 year old mare from the yard of Mansoor Shah, she has hit terrific form of late and comes into this race bidding for a hattrick after 2 impressive wins over course and distance in the lower grade. Untried and brought down in the weights in the early part of her career, she has hit top form this season, finishing 3rd to Untitled and Royal Ace in the early part of the season and not looking back since. She was a convincing winner over Ridgewood Star last time out and although she has been penalized 6 ½ kilos, her rider’s claim offsets half that penalty. H. Zeeshan who has been up for both her previous wins takes the ride again and she must be respected as an improving filly in form.
CONCLUSION :- This looks a competitive affair with the race likely to be between Beshiktash, Slam Dunk, Stallone and Alyaties with Domination the joker in the pack
Race No. 7 :- The Raza Ali Plate – Div. II – Class V – Distance :- 1400M
EMPIRE STATE :- Untried 4 year old gelding from the Narendra Lagad stable who has run 9 times previously without success and is now eased in grade into the lowest class. He has no previous form or track work to recommend his chances but the two points of interest are that he steps up to 7 furlongs for the first time in a while and that a decent rider in the form of J. Chinoy has been booked to ride for the first time. He is one worth keeping an eye on from now on and could strike very soon at an attractive price.
PATHAN :- Another relatively unexposed 4 year old this one from the yard of Faisal Abbas, he too has run 9 times so far without success with one 4th placed finish to his name albeit a poor one back in the Pune season. However, he has had plenty of time to improve as this is his first start since Pune and he appears to have been judiciously prepared since then. His last couple of workouts have been eye catching and he has also undergone a good Mock Race recently which add substance to his claims. A.M. Tograllu is in unusual booking for the stable and he may well be out for an airing today but in this weak field, he looks capable of scoring and is worth considering seriously.
FLOWER DUST :- Mansoor Shah trained 5 year old mare who is also relatively untried and unexposed having also run only 9 times so far in her career without any success. She did with some promise earlier in the season over 5 and 6 furlongs when finishing just outside the frame but her last 2 runs have been poor. After feeble riders the last twice, H. Zeeshan returns to ride her and she is another worth considering especially if there is money for her.
STARR VERDICT :- Yet another in a line of untried 4 year olds, he is trained by Rehanullah Khan and will be ridden by improving 3 ½ kilo claimer K. Nazil. Also winless in 9 starts till date, he did run one promising race a couple of starts ago when finishing on to be 4th over 1000M but has not shown any spark in 2 runs since. He has been working fairly well and looks on a handy mark so could be involved if he has his galloping shoes on today.
WILDCARD WARRIOR :- 4 year old colt trained by M.P. Jodha, he has had 10 runs so far and has usually been finishing way down the field and the only change in that pattern has been recently when in his last start over 1000M with D.S. Daman up, he finished on to be midfield but was only 5 ½ lengths behind the winner suggesting that he was finding some zest for racing. That is not a whole lot to go on but his mark has tumbled with a string of poor efforts and with Nirmal Jodha taking over in the saddle today and upped in trip, he too could spring a surprise if showing further improvement.
STAR ACE :- Solidly raced 6 year old from the Dallas Todywalla yard, she is a veteran of 25 races having won once and finished a close 2nd on 3 occasions. She is versatile with regards to trip, campaigning over 1200-2000M and this trip is the bare minimum for her but she does have a 2nd place finish to her name behind Dragonmoss over this trip earlier in the season and in a race where there is practically no form to go on, she has a good rider up in the form of Neeraj Rawal and although exposed she merits each way consideration.
THE OTHER SONG :- Aged and unreliable 8 year old mare from the small stable of Zadmal Singh, she has run 45 times so far, winning thrice and placing on 9 occasions and she is usually effective over this sort of trip. She has run thrice so far this season and been just outside the frame all three times so she could be getting ready to strike and looks to be on a reasonable mark at present. T.S. Jodha takes over for the first time from Bhawani Singh, and in this weak field she looks a relatively strong contender and could give a rare success to her small yard.
CONCLUSION :- In a field where there is practically no form to go by with regards the younger horses it is almost impossible to make a selection without a great degree of guesswork and this is clearly not a betting race. Pathan is put forward as a possible winner as he appears to have been well prepared since the Pune season and showed out well in a recent Mock Race although his rider does not infuse confidence. The Other Song has won similar contests in the past and shapes as an alternative
Race No. 8 :- The Raza Ali Plate – Div. I – Class V – Distance :- 1400M
AEOLUS MAXIMUS :- 47 race 6 year old veteran from the yard of Narendra Lagad, he has placed on 13 of those races but has managed just a solitary success which came around this time last year off a slightly higher mark. He has run mainly poorly since that win which was several starts ago and ran 4 times early in this season and is returning from a short break. He looks to be on a handy mark at present, K. Nazil claims a useful 3 ½ kilos in the saddle and if he has been freshened up by the short break then he looks to have an each way chance and can be considered.
SHAKIN STEVENS :- Nicely bred and unexposed 4 year old gelding trained by Imtiaz Sait, he has had just 5 runs so far and was fancied on a couple of occasions in Pune but ran below par and has been steadily prepared since the end of Pune. He made a belated first appearance here back in mid February and was given an easy run over 1200M finishing in midfield. He is expected to have befitted from that run and has been working very well for some time now. C.S. Jodha takes over in the saddle from Mansoor Khan and off what looks a very lenient mark, he looks ready to strike for his in form yard and is strongly fancied today.
DOUBLEDOWN :- Comes from the yard of Malesh Narredu and has a similar profile to Shakin Stevens having run 5 times so far without success. He has run twice this season, the last of those runs coming over 1000M in January so he too returns from a 2 ½ month break and is upped to this trip for the first time. H. Zeeshan who has been in good form this season has been booked to ride, and he looks like another unexposed potential improver who bears close watching and could emerge victorious today.
LORRAINE :- Half sister to The Unicorn so has a nice pedigree and comes from the stable of Mansoor Shah and is an owner mate of Doubledown to be ridden by Kiran Naidu. She began her racing career in January only and has run thrice till date, last time out showing a little improvement when making late headway to finish just outside the frame over 1200M behind Wilshire. She has now been eased in grade into the lowest class and has been working quite well of late so she too looks to have plenty of scope to improve and looks very dangerous to ignore.
SUDARSHAN CHAKRA :- Unreliable and moody 7 year old gelding trained by Zadmal Singh, he is relatively lightly raced for his age having run 15 times and has managed to win just once over 1000M. He nearly added another success over 1200M a couple of starts ago when finishing on strongly and just failing to catch Ame. However, he has been well held in 2 subsequent runs over the same trip but he steps up to 7 furlongs today and the booking of S. Zervan catches the eye. He is an unpredictable customer who can upset if in a galloping mood but all things considered it is better to look elsewhere.
WHOOPSIDAISY :- 4 year old filly trained by Faisal Abbas who has had 8 starts so far and showed some improvement last time out over this trip when she finished on to be runner up to Ricardus in a similar contest. That run showed significant improvement on her previous efforts and she has been working well since then suggesting that she has improved further. G. Amit scored a nice double on Friday so looks in good form and if she can build on that last effort, then she stands an excellent chance to go one better.
CONCLUSION :- Shakin Stevens is selected to continue the recent good run of the Imtiaz Sait yard and score from Whoopsidaisy who appears to be the form horse. The well bred and unexposed pair of Lorraine and Doubledown can also cause an upset
