RWITC is the first Club in India to have developed a website dedicated to Owners & Trainers. It can be accessed via the websiteWWW.HORSEIN.COM . A link to the site has also been provided on www.rwitc.com.

Access to the site is secured via a log-in and password that may be obtained from the Club. The site is linked via a two way data transfer to the Club’s internal systems so that current data is always available on the site and transactions input on the site are downloaded into the Club’s system.

Trainers can view data for all horses in their charge and for owners whose horses they train.

In case of owners we have the concept of a ‘group-login’ where a single login can cover a number of owner accounts i.e. accounts of family members, a corporate racing account, multiple syndicate accounts etc.

INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO OWNERS:

• View status of horses and details like rating, VO/SS Bans, ownership, equipment, shoe/bits, race-record, vet record for last 60 days etc.
• View the complete status of all owner accounts in terms of account balances, BTF dues, stakes outstanding, BTF/UFL bans etc.Users can also download statement of account for any period
• Authority given by owners to trainers will be displayed
• Horses entered in Sweepstake races will be displayed (either race-wise or horse-wise) include information on the upcoming forfeit dates for each race
• The schedule of all sweepstake races as well as current suspensions on jockeys and trainers will be displayed.

TRANSACTIONS FOR TRAINERS

On every transaction, the user will receive a confirmatory SMS and email. A log of all transactions will be displayed.  The paper-based method of transactions will continue i.e. trainers have the option of using the website or continuing with the paper-based transaction.
