Dear Sirs / Mesdames,

I write to inform you that the Committee of the Club has decided to constitute a Working Group to handle matters concerning the Turf Club House, Pune viz. The Turf Club House Working Group comprising of Mr. Gulamhusein A. Vahanvaty (Chairman of the Working Group) and Mr. Geoffrey B. Nagpal.

The Working Group in its endeavour to further improve the working and facilities at the Turf Club House, Pune considered it prudent to have a discussion with the Members of the Club regarding ways and means to improve the working and facilities at the Turf Club House. Accordingly, the Working Group has decided to have an “open house” meeting with the Members of the Club, as under:-

Venue             :           Ball Room at the Turf Club House, Pune

Date                :           Tuesday, 28^th January 2014

Time                :           Between 4.00 p.m. To 5.00 p.m. – High Tea

                                    Between 5.00 p.m. To 7.00 p.m. – “Open House” Meeting.

Mr. Vivek Jain, Chairman of the Club who is also an ex-officio Member in all Working Groups will also be present at the “open house” along with the other Members of the Working Group. Other Members of the Managing Committee have also been requested to attend.
