Stunning car models are on view starting today at a three-day exhibition set up by the Royal Western India Turf Club and the Vintage & Classic Car Club of India at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse. Original beauties from the 1920s to the 1970s and owned by the Goenkas and Ruias among others, will be part of the exhibition. Expect to see vintage models of the Bentley, Jaguar, Ford, Rolls Royce, Chrysler, Rover, Hudson, Lancia, Buick, Daimler, Cadillac, Packard, and Studebaker, besides other classic makes. Funds collected at the entry point will be forwarded to a drought relief initiative. Entry is free for school groups.
