This is to inform that the One Hundred & Eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Royal Western India Turf Club, Limited will be held on Thursday, 17th September 2026 through Video Conferencing.
The last date for filing of nominations for the election to the Committee for the year 2026 – 2027 and the Board of Appeal for the years 2026 – 2029 is Monday, 17th August 2026 by 5.30 pm.
Since the 111h Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held through video conference (‘VC’) / other audio-visual means (‘OAVM’) all Members whose email ids or Contact numbers are not registered with the Club are requested to send an email to adm@rwitc.com mentioning their membership details and a self-attested copy of their membership / PAN / Aadhar card.
