RESULT OF VOTING ON RESOLUTION AT THE EXTRA-ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF THE CLUB HELD ON 30TH JANUARY 2026
Special Business, Special Resolution – Item No. 1 – Amendment to Articles of Association of the Club.
Amending Article 21 (a) and (b) of the Articles of Association of the Club so as to increase the Life Membership Entrance fees from Rs.2,00,000 to Rs.4,00,000.
Amending Article 21 (c) of the Articles of Association of the Club so as to increase the Life Membership Entrance fees from Rs.5,00,000 to Rs.10,00,000.
Invalid Votes – Nil
The Resolution was not passed since the resolution failed to secure the requisite number of votes for adoption by Club Members.
