RAILS WERE PLACED 2 METRES AWAY FROM ITS ORIGINAL POINT UP TO THE 1400 METRES (MILE CHUTE)

FOR THE RACES STARTING FROM THE BACK STRETCH RAILS WERE PLACED FROM ITS ORIGINAL POINT FROM 1400 METRES LEADING TO 2 METRES AWAY AT 1000 METRES.

RACE NO:1(130) - THE R. N. KANGA TROPHY: (ABOUT) 1600 METRES - RUNNERS - 5

EL GRECO (Vivek G., dr.5) lost about five lengths at the start. As such, Trainer P. S. Chouhan has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding in a Mock Race to the satisfaction of the Starter, before next accepting to race.

CHAGALL (A. Prakash, dr.3) jumped out awkwardly at the start.

RACE NO:2(131) - THE A. F. S. TALYARKHAN SALVER: (ABOUT) 1000 METRES - RUNNERS - 8

GHOST OF VICTORY (P. Trevor, dr.6) was reluctant to be stalled. As such, Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

FUNNY BUNNY (Shrikant Kamble, dr.8) lost about two lengths at the start.

SHADAI (David Allan, dr.1) lost about a length at the start.

At the start, GHOST OF VICTORY (P. Trevor, dr.6) jumped inwards and made contact with ABSOLUTE EMPEROR (R. Ajinkya, dr.5).

Approaching the 700 metres, SEIZE THE GREY (K. Sai Kiran) racing on the haunches of ABSOLUTE EMPEROR (R. Ajinkya) leaned out and made contact with GHOST OF VICTORY (P. Trevor) causing the latter to be steadied. After the race on questioning Jockey K. Sai Kiran stated that his mount was keen and in an effort to settle leaned out and made contact with GHOST OF VICTORY. Jockey K. Sai Kiran has been cautioned.

FUNNY BUNNY (Shrikant Kamble) was observed to have drifted out from the 400 metres and finished the race on the outer portion of the track. After the race, on being subjected to veterinary examination, the filly was trotted and was found to be sound and no wolf tooth was found. Subsequently, the filly was examined again on 27^th February 2026 at the stables for the dental and found to have a cap on its right side.

Jockey R. Ajinkya (ABSOLUTE EMPEROR) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his second offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2025/26, he has been fined Rs.5,000/-.

Jockey Shrikant Kamble (FUNNY BUNNY) was observed to use the whip in an improper manner on his mount in the straight. As such, he has been fined Rs.3,000/-.

After the race, the V.O. reported the following:

GHOST OF VICTORY & SHADAI were trotted and found to be sound.

At the request of Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain, an endoscopy was performed on GHOST OF VICTORY and no abnormality was found.

SEIZE THE GREY was examined by the Club�s Sr. V.O. on 27^th February 2026 and was found to be sore by right hind. As such, the colt has to be passed fit by Club�s V.O., before next accepting to race.

RACE NO:3(132) - THE PRADEEP VIJAYAKAR PLATE: (ABOUT) 1200 METRES - RUNNERS - 8

After the race, the V.O. reported the following:

At the request of Trainer Hosidar Daji, an endoscopy was performed on FOUJITA and was found to have an injury on its left nostril and was also found to have a upper respiratory tract infection.

STARLIGHT DANCER was trotted and found to be sound.

RACE NO:4(133) - THE SIR CHARLES FORBES TROPHY: (ABOUT) 1400 METRES - RUNNERS - 9

Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been fined Rs.1,000/- for accepting with his charge GHOST OF VICTORY in two races on the same day. As per the General Conditions published in the Prospectus, the gelding was struck out from this race.

On the way to the starting gates, YOUREMYEYESBABY (P. Trevor, dr.6) was fractious and therefore Jockey P. Trevor dismounted, with the permission of the Stipendiary Stewards YOUREMYEYESBABY was permitted to be led riderless to the starting gates thereby causing a delay in the start of the race. Further, YOUREMYEYESBABY (P. Trevor, dr.6) refused to be stalled despite substantial efforts and was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter�s order. As such, Trainer P. S. Chouhan has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly in a Mock Race to the satisfaction of the Starter, before next accepting to race.

After being stalled, SILVER DYNAMITE (S. Zervan, dr.4) was fractious, reared up and got his fore legs stuck in the adjoining stall. Subsequently, the colt was removed and examined by the Club�s Sr. V.O., who certified the colt fit to race. As such, Trainer Shazaan Shah has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the colt in a Mock Race to the satisfaction of the Starter, before next accepting to race. Further, after the race, the colt was trotted and found to be sound but was observed to have an injury on its right fore fetlock.

Soon after the start, SNOW GIRL (Akshay Kumar) shifted in and went onto FAIR DAME (Neeraj Rawal) causing the latter to be steadied. Jockey Akshay Kumar has been cautioned.

Approaching the 400 metres, MENORCA (David Allan) shifted out thereby carrying INCREDIBLE LUCK (Yash Narredu) outwards causing the latter to be steadied. Jockey David Allan has been cautioned.

After the race, the V.O. reported the following:

CAVIAR QUEEN was examined by the Club�s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by left hind. As such, the filly has to be passed fit by the Club�s V.O., before next accepting to race.

RACE NO:5(134) - THE INDIAN AIR FORCE TROPHY: (ABOUT) 1000 METRES - RUNNERS - 14

On arrival at the starting gate, at the request of Jockey A. S. Peter, ASHWA ALMATY was examined by the Club�s Sr. V.O., who certified her fit to race.

After being stalled, RAFAEL (App. Aditya Waydande, dr.14) was fractious and not allowing its rider to settle. As such, Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding in a Mock Race to the satisfaction of the Starter, before next accepting to race.

PURE (N. S. Parmar, dr.5) threw its head up, jumped out awkwardly thereby losing a length at the start.

At the start, SENTINEL (Bhawani Singh, dr.12) jumped inwards onto BAKLAVA (App. S. Siddharth, dr.11) causing the latter to stumble and brush the haunches of JAISALMER (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.10).

After the race, the V.O. reported the following:

SENTINEL was examined by the Club�s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by right fore. As such, the gelding has to be passed fit by the Club�s V.O., before next accepting to race.

ASHWA ALMATY was trotted and found to be sound.

RACE NO:6(135) - THE NARAYANDAS J. DAVE PLATE: (ABOUT) 1200 METRES - RUNNERS - 11

Soon after the start, ANANYA (App. Haridas Gore) shifted in and made contact with YOURMYLOVE (R. Manish) who further shifted in and brushed the haunches of MOMENT OF MADNESS (App. S. Siddharth). App. Haridas Gore has been cautioned.

Passing the 1000 metres, YOURMYLOVE (R. Manish) was observed to have been keen and in an effort to settle brushed the haunches of OH KAY (C. Umesh).

Passing the 800 metres, ANANYA (App. Haridas Gore) shifted in thereby inconveniencing HILMA KLINT (App. Mustakim Alam) racing on its haunches causing the latter to stumble. App. Haridas Gore has been fined Rs.3,000/-.

At the 600 metres, HILMA KLINT (App. Mustakim Alam) was observed to have stumble and fell along with the rider, due to the incident MOMENT OF MADNESS (App. S. Siddharth), RISE ALL STARS (S. G. Prasad) and OH KAY (C. Umesh) were inconvenienced and had to check and change course. Subsequently, the mare was examined by the Club�s Sr. V.O. and was found to have fractured both its fore fetlock joints and with the consent of Trainer Narendra Lagad, the mare was euthanized on humanitarian grounds.

After the Race, Jockey B Nikhil (BEYOND STARS) reported loss of whip in the final stages of the race. This being the first instance during the current Mumbai Meeting 2025/26, no action has been initiated.

After the race, the V.O. reported the following:

OTELLO was observed to have broken a blood vessel (2^nd time) and is not permitted to race for the stipulated ban period of eight weeks. As such, the gelding has to be passed fit by the Club�s V.O., before next accepting to race.

MOMENT OF MADNESS was trotted and found to be sound.

RACE NO:7(136) - THE J. V. SHUKLA - ASHWAMITRA PLATE : (ABOUT) 1400 METRES - RUNNERS - 9

After being stalled, WIND DANCER (App. Haridas Gore, dr.2) was fractious and lashed out at the back gates, the mare was examined by the Club�s Sr. V.O., found to have lost its left hind shoe and was observed to be sore by left hind. As such, the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under the Starter�s order, Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the mare to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials and the mare has to be passed fit by Club�s V.O., before next accepting to race.

The urine and blood samples of the winner of the 1^st, 2^nd & 6^th race, viz. PRIDE�S PRINCE, LEMPIKA & YOURMYLOVE, and the special samples of GHOST OF VICTORY (2^nd race) & CAVIAR QUEEN (4^th race), were collected for detection of prohibited substance.

The urine sample of SENTINEL (5^th race) was collected for detection of prohibited substance.

ADDITIONAL REPORT/S:

RE: APPEAL BY JOCKEY P. TREVOR AGAINST THE DECISION OF THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS TO IMPOSE A FINE OF RS.10,000/- FOR HIS RIDING ON �IRISH GOLD� THEREBY CAUSING INTERFERENCE IN RACE NO.100 � THE MATHRADAS GOCULDAS TROPHY � RUN ON 8^TH FEBRUARY 2026:

In connection with the captioned subject matter, the Stewards of the Club at their meeting held on Thursday, 26^th February 2026, having viewed the video recording of Race no.100 run on 8^th February 2026 and after considering the submissions made by Jockey P. Trevor as well as the Stipendiary Stewards, were not satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey P. Trevor. The Stewards noted that he had persisted with the use of whip from the right despite of his mount drifting out and bumped into MARKET KING (Vivek G.). The Stewards also noted that this was his third offence of a similar nature during the current Mumbai Meeting 2025/26, the Stewards decided to reject his appeal and the fine of Rs.10,000/- imposed on him by the Stipendiary Stewards shall stand.

RE: RACE NO.129 � THE HONG KONG JOCKEY CLUB TROPHY � RUN ON 22^ND FEBRUARY 2026.

At the 600 metres, WRANGLER (Akshay Kumar) shifted in thereby tightening and inconveniencing BEAT THE HEAT (T. S. Jodha) racing on its haunches causing the latter to check and drop back. After questioning and not being satisfied with the explanation, Jockey Akshay Kumar has been fined Rs.3,000/-.
