After a lengthy deliberation and having considered all evidence, facts and circumstances, the Stewards of the Club were not satisfied with the explanation tendered by him including his Show Cause Notice and found him guilty of misconduct for the following reasons :-

a)            the video recording of leading in of the horse after the running of the INDIAN DERBY  i.e. Race No. 104 run on 4th February 2024 as his subsequent statements with regards the leading in do not corroborate with the documents submitted by him thereby misleading the Stewards.

b)            the conflicting statements made by him during the enquiry  regarding the purchase of horses as also the document submitted by his email dated 4th May 2024 (RTGS Slip) is contrary to his initial statement that all payments for purchase of 15% share in ENABLER were made by cash. Such conflicting statements and / or where the document submitted by himself is contrary to the statement made by him, is as such misleading;

c)        his admission of knowing and dealing with unregistered bookmakers before the Stipendiary Stewards during the course of the enquiry.

Therefore, the Stewards after having considered the aforesaid and the matter in entirety, unanimously decided to revoke/cancel the permission granted to him to own and race horses w.e.f. 4th August 2024 upto the end of the Pune Meeting 2024 i.e. upto 3rd November 2024 and severely caution him for the future.
