Pune:The feature event of the weekend is The 1400M S. R. Captain Trophy which is a very well contested race with Five Class II horses vying for a win, here on Sunday, 2nd August, 2015.
This well contested feature race should be closely fought out between the 2 in form horses, viz. Eduardo (Excellent Art-Pickwick Papers) 50.50 Kg who won his last two races over 1400M in style, showing that he will try to complete a Hat-Trick in Pune on Sunday, 2nd August, 2015 by winning the 1400M Dr. Soli Captain Trophy by beating the classy 4Y old gelding Staristocrat (Multidimensional–Only Royale) the winner of two classy races, who appears a bit of a threat because he has shaped superbly in his morning work-outs.
