Results of Voting on Resolutions at the 107th Annual General Meeting of the Club held on 23rd September, 2022.

Ordinary Resolution – Item No. 1 –Adoption of Accounts:- To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended 31st March, 2022 and Balance Sheet as at that date together with reports of the Committee of the Club and Auditors thereon, copy whereof is annexed herewith.

Ordinary Resolution – Item No. 3 –To elect two Members to the Board of Appeal pursuant to and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Articles of Association of the Club for the years 2022 – 2025. Nazir, Members of the existing Board of Appeal, shall retire upon conclusion of this One Hundred and Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Club and are eligible for re-election.
