He said that his instructions were to ride from the front in the earlier runs and in this Race also the gelding comfortably went to the front. He opined that since the gelding was carrying the top weight, he would have liked if the gelding could be saved a little bit with better control from the Jockey. To another question, the Trainer stated that he had to declare Jockey J.Chinoy as the Jockey who usually rides the horse was not available.
The explanation was noted.

He added that the gelding could not go to the front and the Rider had hustled up the horse in the early part of the race and also the gelding ran in patches and kept losing position and then gained on in the straight.
The Trainer stated that the gelding is a rogue and behaves inconsistently even during the Track work and would keep stopping at different places on the Track. To another question, the Trainer stated that the gelding has reached his mark by placing on Board and not winning races that he should have won.
