RAILS WERE PLACED AT THEIR ORIGINAL POSITION FROM 2000 METRES TO 1600 METRES THEREAFTER 2 METRES WIDE UPTO THE WINNING POST.

RACE NO.1 (142) – THE PUNE CANTONMENT BOARD TROPHY - DIVISION III: (ABOUT) 1200 METRES – RUNNERS - 12

After being stalled, SKY FULL OF STARS (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.2) jumped out without the rider. After the race, Jockey Akshay Gaikwad along with Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain reported to the Stipendiary Stewards that the Jockey was not ready as the start was effected. As such, at the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards enquiry was initiated into the above incident. Subsequently, there was also an Objection lodged by Trainer Narendra Lagad reason being “as the Jockey of SKY FULL OF STARS was not ready and the start was given, SKY FULL OF STARS ran across, checked his horse SAMSON which had to slow down as the fault is of the Starter, bets on SAMSON should be refunded”.

The Stewards while considering the Stewards enquiry heard the submissions of the Starter, the Jockey and the Stipendiary Stewards and after watching all angles of the CCTV footage and acting on their own observations, decided to overrule the Stewards enquiry and not change the placings that were declared by the Judge.

In view of the above, Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been asked to give his charge SKY FULL OF STARS more gate practice and show the filly in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter, before next accepting to race.

RED MIST (Mukesh Kumar, dr.12) was fractious in the stalls. Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

SAMSON (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.7) was fractious in the stalls. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

REMY RED (S. Mosin, dr.11) lost about two lengths at the start.

At the start, DANCING CLOUD (K. Nazi, dr.4) jumped outwards, at the same time EXHALT App. Haridas Gore, dr.6) jumped inwards thereby tightening and bumping ENSKY (Amyn Merchant, dr.5) drawn between them.

The Equine Hospital reported the following:

RACE NO.2 (143) – THE DELHI RACE CLUB TROPHY: (ABOUT) 1200 METRES – RUNNERS - 7

After being stalled, SON OF A GUN (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.4) was fractious thereby delaying the start. As such, Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the horse to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

At the start, TURN AND BURN (N. S. Parmar, dr.3) jumped outwards and made contact with SON OF A GUN (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.4) who had to be steadied

Soon after the start, CREDENCE (App. Ramswarup) shifted out and made contact with MARKET KING (C. S. Jodha) causing the latter to stumble. App. Ramswarup has been cautioned.

Approaching the 1100 metres, ATAASH (App. A. Omkar) shifted out at the same time SON OF A GUN (App. Mustakim Alam) shifted in thereby tightening and inconveniencing TURN AND BURN (N. S. Parmar) racing between them causing the latter to be steadied. App. A. Omkar and App. Mustakim Alam have been cautioned.

Approaching the 1000 metres, MARKET KING (C. S. Jodha) shifted in and went across FONTANA (K. Pranil), SON OF A GUN (App. Mustakim Alam) and TURN AND BURN (N. S. Parmar) causing TURN AND BURN to check and change course thereby carrying SON OF A GUN and FONTANA outwards. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey C. S. Jodha has been fined Rs.2,000/-.

Jockey C. S. Jodha (MARKET KING) was observed to have used the whip in an improper manner. As such, he has been fined Rs.3,000/-.

After the race, Jockey K. Pranil (FONTANA) reported that his mount was lugging-in in the straight, despite his efforts. Trainer P. S. Chouhan has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

After the race, FONTANA was trotted and found to be sound.

RACE NO.3 (144) – THE B. PRAKASH SALVER: (ABOUT) 1400 METRES – RUNNERS - 10

Approaching the 1000 metres, DOCTOR DOLLY (C. Umesh) was observed have lost its footing and stumble.

Approaching the 300 metres, LORD AND MASTER (S. Mosin) shifted in thereby bumping FORTUNATE SON (N. S. Parmar) along the rails. Jockey S. Mosin has been cautioned.

After the race, DOCTOR DOLLY was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not permitted to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. As such, the filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

After the race, MR BRAINWASH was trotted and found to be sound.

RACE NO.4 (145) – THE PUNE CANTONMENT BOARD TROPHY - DIVISION II: (ABOUT) 1200 METRES – RUNNERS - 12

CRIMSON PIRATE was declared to run with Aluminium Both Fore Bonded Shoes, subsequently Tr. P. Shroff informed this office that he wished to race his charge in all four aluminum shoes. The said permission was granted and Trainer P. Shroff has been fined Rs.1,000/- for the lapse.

On arrival at the stating gates, at the request of Jockey C. Umesh, the saddle used on his mount NELSON RIVER was checked and re-adjusted.

In the process of stalling, the tongue strap used on DEMETRIUS (App. Ramswarup, dr.6) had come off. Hence, the same was tied back due to which the start was delayed.

DEMETRIUS (App. Ramswarup, dr.6) took a fly jump at the start.

Approaching the 1000 metres, MAJESTIC WARRIOR (App. Avinash Paswan) veered out thereby carrying TRAIL BLAZER (App. Haridas Gore) outwards thereafter passing the 1000 metres, MAJESTIC WARRIOR was observed to have raced on the wide outside for no apparent reason. App. Avinash Paswan has been cautioned.

Approaching the 150 metres, TRAIL BLAZER (App. Haridas Gore) shifted in under pressure thereby carrying RED DUST (Amyn Merchant) inwards, who in turn shifted in and went across NELSON RIVER (C. Umesh) who had to be steadied.

In the final stages of the race, CRIMSON PIRATE (A. Prakash) was observed to have veered out under pressure. The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the same and a report will be submitted shortly.

After the race, App. Haridas Gore (TRAIL BLAZER) reported that his mount hung-in in the final stages of the race, despite his efforts. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

After the race, Jockey K. Nazil (TYRONE POWER) reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. Trainer Faisal A. Abbas has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

After the race, CRIMSON PIRATE was trotted at the stables and found to be sound but was observed to have injuries on its both hind fetlocks.

After the race, TYRONE POWER was examined by Club’s Sr. V. O. and was found to be sore by left fore. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

The Equine Hospital reported that WHISPER had left eye injury (sore).

RACE NO.5 (146) – THE GENERAL RAJENDRASINHJI MILLION: (ABOUT) 1600 METRES – RUNNERS - 8

TYRANNUS (Suraj Narredu, dr.8) was observed to have lost its footing and stumble at the start.

After the race, Jockey P. Trevor (WINGS OF FURY) reported that his mount hung-in, throughout the race. Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

After the race, WINGS OF FURY & ROSARIO were trotted and found to be sound.

RACE NO.6 (147) – THE MAYOR BABURAO SANAS MEMORIAL MILLION: (ABOUT) 1000 METRES – RUNNERS - 7

At the start, MENORCA (A. Sandesh, dr.5) jumped inwards onto NEBULA (T. S. Jodha, dr.4) who further shifted in thereby bumping BRAVION (N. S. Parmar, dr.3) causing the latter to be steadied.

Approaching the 200 metres, BLACK MAGICIAN (P. Trevor) was observed to have gone lame and therefore Jockey P. Trevor stopped riding the colt and dismounted, thereafter on veterinary examination it was suspected that the right shoulder of the colt was fractured. After first aid treatment the colt was sent to the Equine Hospital for further evaluation. Subsequently, the Equine Hospital confirmed that the right shoulder of the colt was fractured, as such, at the request of Trainer Hosidar Daji the colt was euthanized on humanitarian grounds.

RACE NO.7 (148) –THE R.W.I.T.C, LTD TROPHY (Grade 2): (ABOUT) 2000 METRES – RUNNERS - 10

Approaching the 1800 metres, REDEFINED (A. Sandesh) shifted in thereby tightening and inconveniencing PSYCHIC STAR (Vivek G.) who had to check and drop back. After the race, Jockey A. Sandesh reported that his mount lugged-in throughout the race, the gelding was subjected to veterinary examination and was found to be sound. As such, Trainer Prasanna Kumar P. has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

Approaching the 600 metres, REGINA MEMORABILIS (Suraj Narredu) shifted out thereby bumping and forcing REDEFINED (A. Sandesh) outwards. Jockey Suraj Narredu has been cautioned.

Jockey Suraj Narredu (REGINA MEMORABILIS) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Pune Meeting 2025, he has been fined Rs.3,000/-.

After the race, REDEFINED & RULING DYNASTY were trotted and found to be sound.

After the race, PSYCHIC STAR was trotted at the stables and found to be sound.

The Equine Hospital reported that DUKE OF TUSCANY had left eye injury (sore).

RACE NO.8 (149) - THE ASTER ROSE PLATE: (ABOUT) 1800 METRES – RUNNERS - 7

Approaching the 300 metres, YULETIDE (App. Avinash Paswan) shifted in at the same time DAIANNE (App. Bharat Singh) shifted out thereby tightening and inconveniencing ALEXANDRIA (S. Zervan) causing latter to check and drop back. After questioning and not being satisfied with the explanations, App. Avinash Paswan and Bharat Singh have been fined Rs.1,000/- each.

After the race, MA CHERIE was trotted and found to be sound.

The Equine Hospital reported the following:

RACE NO.9 (150) - THE PUNE CANTONMENT BOARD TROPHY - DIVISION I: (ABOUT) 1200 METRES – RUNNERS - 13

RED MERLOT (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.10) was fractious in the stall. As such Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

After being stalled EASTERN MONARCH (A. Sandesh, dr.1) was fractious and reared up in the stall. As such, Trainer Sanjay Kolse has been asked give his charge more gate practice and show the colt to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

FOUJITA (P. Trevor, dr.12) was fractious in the stall. As such, Trainer Hosidar Daji has been asked give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

After the race, App. Ramswarup (CHELSEA) reported that the saddle used on his mount had slipped around the 600 metres. This being the first instance of faulty saddling during the current Pune Meeting 2025, Trainer P. S. Chouhan has been fined Rs.2,000/-.

After the race Jockey P. Trevor (FOUJITA) reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the same and a report will be submitted shortly.

After the race, ARIES, FOUJITA, EASTERN MONARCH & RED MERLOT were trotted and found to be sound.

The Equine Hospital reported that EMPOWER had both eye injuries (sore).

RACE NO.10 (151) - THE BRONX PLATE: (ABOUT) 1100 METRES – RUNNERS - 11

At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, MIRAE was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. on arrival at the starting gates, who certified the mare fit to race.

At the start, LIGHTNING BLAZE (A. Prakash, dr.8) jumped out awkwardly.

At the start, NORTHERN SINGER (K. Nazil, dr.5) threw its head up, jumped out awkwardly and made contact with ADONIS (Amyn Merchant, dr.6).

At the start, PRINCE IGOR (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.10) jumped inwards onto SHE’S A TEASER (S. Mosin, dr.9) who further shifted in and made contact with NORHTERN SINGER (K. Nazil, dr.5) causing the latter to be steadied.

Approaching the 300 metres, ADONIS (Amyn Merchant) shifted out and made contact with BETWEEN FRIENDS (App. Bharat Singh).

After the race, MIRAE was trotted and found to be sore by right fore. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s Sr. V.O., before next accepting to race.

The Equine Hospital reported that ANAIRA had left eye injury (sore).

RE: LOSS OF WHIP BY APP. ADITYA WAYDANDE ON HIS MOUNT “BLACK THUNDER” (DRAWN 3) IN RACE NO.133 - THE D. N. ZODGE PLATE (1600 MTRS.) - RUN ON 19^TH OCTOBER 2025 – THIRD INSTANCE DURING THE CURRENT PUNE MEETING 2025:

In connection with the captioned subject matter, the Stewards of the Club at their meeting held on Sunday, 2^nd November 2025, having heard the submissions made by App. Aditya Waydande along with his Master Trainer Shazaan Shah, as also the Stipendiary Stewards, the Stewards decided to fine him a sum of Rs.10,000/- as per the norms, being his third instance of losing the whip during the current Pune Meeting 2025.

Further, he has been asked to be more careful in the future.
