ROTARY CLUB RACE DAY
Sunday, 23rd November 2014
A chance to sing our National Anthem in unison with the entire District Rotarians while unfurling the Tricolour at the lawns of the Race Course, led by very own DG Ajay – at 12.00 noon.
A children’ Play area- Fun City, Giant Wheel (8 seater), House Ball Pull, Tattoos, Candy Floss/Popcorn, Ring Fling, Balloon Shooting, Spin the Wheel, Feed Spiderman, Magic Show, Tarot Reader, Stilt Walkers.
A fashion show with a difference -Shades of Joy (Hurry only 5 entries left !!) – bet. 3.00 pm and 4.00 pm.
An art camp - the Camlin Equus Art Camp - with renowned artists (with a chance for you to paint jointly with them and co-sign the painting!!) – bet. 3.00 pm and 5.00 pm.
A chance to be a part of history to create a record by being a part of the group of Rotarians forming the largest “Equus Human Horse” with the Rotary logo to raise awareness about Rotary and TRF – between 4 pm and 5 pm. at the Members Pavilion.
Live music with a band and DJ / Photo Corner.
The Rotarians will organize a clean-up campaign where volunteer Rotarians and celebrities come together to clean the race course in sync with the Government’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at the end of the programme and clean up our Pavilion Tent area. Volunteers desiring to enlist, please reply to raceforhumanity2014@gmail.com stating your name and Club name. You will be a given a kit comprising of (i) a specially designed T-shirt printed with the Race for Humanity, TRF and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan logos, (ii) broom with a handle, (iii) gloves together with (iv) a disposal bag at a token payment. Only 100 nos. of kits are being kept and you are requested to please reserve the same on payment of Rs 500 in advance – bet. 5.30 pm and 6 pm.
LOTS OF FUN, FELLOWSHIP, EXCITEMENT, BONHOMIE AND ABOVE ALL A WONDERFUL TIME FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY ON THE ROTARY RACE DAY!!
